One FileMaker problem. A written root cause, the safest first fix, and a fixed implementation quote within two business days after payment and usable evidence. Paid before the diagnostic begins. No production change is included.
2 After the diagnostic
Quoted from the diagnostic. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Published ranges that stay in place: small fixes $750–$950, broader reliability audits from $1,500, and integrations or AI workflow prototypes generally from $3,500.
3 After delivery
A FileMaker Care Plan for a set block of hours, server and backup checks, a written status note, and priority response. It starts after a diagnostic or a project.
