Privacy Policy

iRusty LLC ("we," "us") provides FileMaker development, AI automation, and related consulting services. This policy describes how we handle information on irusty.com and in the tools we operate.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide — if you email us or submit a contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and message contents.
• Basic site analytics — aggregate page-view data (pages visited, referrer, approximate region). We do not sell or share this data.
• Email engagement data — if you are subscribed to our emails, we record whether our messages are opened and which links are clicked, associated with your subscription. See "Email communications" below.

Our publishing tools

We operate PresenceConductor, a social-media content and publishing service for iRusty and authorized client workspaces. A workspace administrator may connect an account or company Page that the administrator is authorized to manage through the platform's official OAuth and API process. We never ask for or store a platform password.

• Data received: connected-account and Page identifiers, display names, granted permissions, OAuth access tokens, content selected for review or publication, publication status, and Page/post analytics returned by the platform.
• How it is used: to show the Pages an authorized administrator can manage, prepare and review content, schedule or publish administrator-approved organic posts, and display Page/post performance.
• Workspace isolation: each client workspace can access only the accounts and Pages explicitly authorized for that workspace. Tokens are encrypted at rest, transmitted over encrypted connections, restricted to the publishing service, and protected by role checks and audit records.
• Human control: connecting an account does not authorize automatic publication. Draft approval, scheduling, and publication are separate controlled actions.
• Prohibited activity: we do not scrape platforms, collect platform passwords, send member messages, sell connected-account data, or use connected data for advertising.

Connected-account data is retained only while needed to operate the authorized workspace or meet security and legal obligations. An administrator can revoke access through the social platform's permitted-services settings or request disconnection or deletion by emailing russellhaney@irusty.com. Revocation prevents future API access; deletion requests are completed subject to limited security, audit, or legal-retention requirements.

Email communications

If you subscribe to our email updates (or are an existing customer we email), we use self-hosted email software (ListMonk) running on our own infrastructure to send and manage those messages. When we send you email, we may record:

• whether the message was opened, and
• which links within it you clicked,

linked to your subscription. We use this only to improve the relevance of what we send and to follow up appropriately — for example, to prioritize a reply if you engaged with something. We do not sell this data or share it with advertisers, and your subscriber data stays on our own infrastructure.

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time, and you may request a copy or deletion of your subscriber record by emailing russellhaney@irusty.com.

SMS communications

If you give iRusty permission to text you, we may use your name, phone number, and message history to provide requested customer support, service updates, appointment coordination, project notifications, and direct replies related to our existing business relationship.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages, or when required by law.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks.
• We do not process payments on this site.

Data retention and your rights

Contact inquiries are retained as long as needed to serve the engagement. You may request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of information associated with you or your authorized workspace at any time: russellhaney@irusty.com.
